Privacy
This page explains what this website collects and how the Law Office of Jason Skala LLC uses it.
What the site collects
If you send a consultation request, the form collects your name, phone number, the case type you choose, and any email address or note you add. The site also records a request reference number, the time the request was sent, the page address you arrived on, and campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign) if the link you followed included them.
This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics, and the form does not store your answers in your browser. The hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and operations.
Security verification
Before a request is sent, the form runs a Cloudflare security check (Turnstile) to tell people apart from automated traffic. Cloudflare may process information about your browser and connection for that purpose and may set a cookie or similar identifier needed for the check. The check does not identify you to the office. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
How the office uses it
The office uses your request to contact you about a consultation and to keep a record of that contact. Your information is not sold, and it is not shared for marketing.
Who handles it
Your request goes to the law office and to the service providers that host this site, run the security check, and deliver form submissions to the office. Providers handle the information only to deliver that service. The office may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long it is kept
The office keeps request information for as long as reasonably needed to respond and to meet its professional and record-keeping obligations.
Security
The site uses reasonable measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect information in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don’t send medical records or confidential documents through the form.
Your choices
You can call the office instead of using the form. To ask about information you have sent, contact the office at (907) 569-6633 or by mail at 800 E Dimond Blvd, Suite 3-305, Anchorage, AK 99515.
Changes

This page is general information about the website, not legal advice. Reading this site or sending a request does not create an attorney-client relationship.
